One of the essential elements of our commitment to clients is an established methodology and approach for continuous quality improvement and client-centric management. 

Prior to the first placement of accounts, we explore each client’s “wish list” in terms of what, in a perfect world, they would like from their agency that they are not currently receiving.   Armed with that information, we set about the task of organizing Remex Quality Assurance around each client’s current and future needs. Our approach to client service is to provide you with a Total Service Package built around your definition of an ideal agency relationship. We will work continuously with you to refine and enhance every aspect of our relationship, from the collection floor to the client service department.
