Remex’s General Counsel and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all employees are trained in State specific and Federal regulations governing the collection of debt. Our training programs are comprehensive and employee focused. All staff members are provided initial in depth training designed to acclimate them to our policies and methodology. Ongoing  training is a continuous process that addresses reinforcement of existing protocol and introduction of new information.
